Since 1984, our design office has been running complexservicing of investment processes in the field of preparationof documentation and investment proceedings We guarantee full formal-legal and administrative servicing. Our experiences in projects realised between 1999 and 2002 include facilities of various character:

• pharmaceutical industry n 70 000 m2/usable area
• housing n 100 000 m2/usable area
• chain hotels (5 facilities) n 40 000 m2/usable area

commercial complexex, sports facilities and special projects such as Gondola Railway-Jaworzyna Krynicka.

During project realisation we co-operate with partners from manycountries. Thanks to joint efforts we could familiarise ourselves withdifferent standards and systems of investment process preparation.

The experieces we gained are of special value for us and they build aprofessional ground for cooperation. We run our activity throughoutPoland. The projects realised between 2001 and 2002 include a complex of two hotels of "Accor" chain connected with a shopping-apartment complex and a bank building in Szczecin. Noteworthy is also the recreational complex Aquapark in Zakopane, covering 20,000 m2/usable area
